Pythons Start the Season with A Bang!

The 2010-11 campaign will be have a challenging start for the Pythons.  The schedule is full of tough in-town rivals.  We will face larger school opponents in at least 7 of the first 8 games.

An exhibition game on November 12 will be a repeat of last season's regular season overtime thriller against Woodward.  Last season's game took place during the Westminster Holiday Classic and the pythons came up just short of a victory.  This year's game will be played at Woodward to give both teams a sense of where they are early in the season.

The team will then open the regular season on the road against Westminster School.  Last season the boys split games with the wildcats.  This season's match-up should be interesting.  Other schools we will see early in the season include Chamblee (twice), Lakeside, Booker T. Washington, and Jefferson High School.

We are looking forward to a challenging start of the season and hope to use it as a great test to where we are and what we need to improve.
